Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak seasons, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Lost, Missing or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

The carrier may be able to confirm the delivery location, obtain additional information from the delivery driver, or investigate the shipment.

If the carrier confirms that the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at support@petpvoit.com so we can review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For standard customer-initiated returns, customers are responsible for one return shipping cost only.

Automatic litter boxes that have been used must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. All litter, pet waste, hair, and other debris must be removed before the product is packaged for return.

Please contact us before returning any product.

Do not send returns directly to our business address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.

Our return warehouse address may differ from our business address.

11. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund has been processed, your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require approximately 3–8 business days to reflect the funds in your account.

We do not control third-party financial institution processing times.
